Good for email marketing
I used Omnisend for Email Marketing. Setup was quick. The drag and drop editor worked well. Sent my welcome email series without issues. Pricing seems fair. Overall, a solid platform for my small business.
Solid features, minor hiccup
I signed up for Omnisend to handle my Email Marketing and SMS Marketing. The integration with my store went smoothly, and setting up the Welcome Email Series was intuitive using their templates. The A/B Testing feature was helpful for optimizing my campaigns. However, I did find that the customer support response time was a bit longer than I expected for a minor question I had about Custom Workflows. It wasn't a showstopper, but an improvement there would be great. Value for money is good, especially with the annual discount I got. Easy to get started
